Harvested from Mie prefecture in Japan, Gyokuro is one of the most sought-after green tea you can find. The name Gyokuro translates as jade dew, referring to its rarity and the beautiful pale green colour of the tea. Small green leaves brewed to a bright jade tone, mellow and sweet taste.

1. Place 5g of tea leaves in 237ml / 8oz cup.
2. Pour 50 degree Celsius / 122 Fahrenheit of water.
